OptOutManager is a program to process incoming e-mails and to handle subscription and unsubscription services. The program will automatically process your POP3 mailbox, allowing you to sort the messages as well.
If you send bulk e-mails often, you need a program like this. It makes no sense to keep sending e-mails to people who do not want to receive them - you will not sell them anything, all you will achieve is a list of angry recipients. Besides, in some countries there are laws that state that every person in a mailing list has the right to opt to be removed from that list. This program does this for you automatically. The recipients will be able to unsubscribe from the list just by clicking on a link included in the e-mail you sent them.
All you will have to do is configure the account you want to associate with OptOutManager and the keywords that the received e-mail should contain in order to trigger the deletion of the sender from the list, or any other action you would like the program to take. It will keep a log of the actions performed on the messages.
In my opinion, this program is very easy to use and handles the requests from your recipients very well. |
